As Dakik Remote Patient Tracking Systems , we provide services as T.C Ministry of Health certified software. Our integrations with the Ministry of Health modules such as E-Pulse, E-Prescription etc. have been completed (August 2022).

As it is known, a legislation was published by the T.C Ministry of Health regarding Remote Patient Tracking Systems in February 2022 (See Official Gazette S.B. Legislation). In recent years, rapidly increasing wearable technologies, Remote examination systems, Video conferencing systems are used by many healthcare institutions and patients, and even now the advantages of this digitalization have begun to be published for both parties (Patient - Doctor / Hospital). One of the most important reasons for the emergence of new legislation is to prevent patient data from going abroad. Because the servers of most of the mobile applications and software integrated into wireless devices are abroad and are not under the control of the Ministry of Health. In addition, this data can be used by third parties abroad. This is a very important point. Legislation needs to adapt to rapidly developing technology. This harmony is not always simultaneous. In light of this information, the new legislation is truly the product of advanced thinking. We do not think that even European countries have such a modern designed legislation that paves the way for Tele-Medicine and Tele-Consultation, and also leads to Remote Medical Follow-up.

From now on, hospitals, doctors and even patients should definitely question whether their devices or software in the digital health sector are registered by the Ministry of Health, and whether their servers are within the territory of Turkey. Europe or America provides this control in their own countries . For this reason, we see innovative legislation as the right move.
