When we look at the relationship of warfarin with vitamins:

Vitamin C: There are some studies showing that taking high doses of vitamin C reduces the effectiveness of the warfarin drug and if the use of warfarin at the same dose is continued after the use of vitamin C is discontinued, sudden elevations may occur.

Vitamin K: Vitamin K plays an important role in preventing excessive bleeding by helping blood to clot. Therefore, it has a great effect on reducing the effect of warfarin.

Vitamin E: Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin used in a number of ailments, including atherosclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, and various cancers. It is also a common supplement taken by patients with cardiovascular disease. Some studies have documented an increased risk of bleeding in patients taking vitamin E and warfarin concomitantly. This adverse effect occurred with higher doses of vitamin E (>800 IU) rather than the smaller doses found in multivitamins. Therefore, patients taking warfarin are advised to take multivitamins instead of high-dose vitamin E supplements for their daily source of vitamin E.

Vitamin A: It is thought that the use of vitamin A for a long time and in high doses may increase the risk of bleeding in those who use blood thinners. However, this effect can be seen at very high doses.

Vitamin B: There is no interaction with warfarin. You can use it. 6. Vitamin D: There is no interaction with warfarin. You can use it.
